My clan detests playing with randoms but on those off nights we're short a few players we typically do not set level or experience or gear requirements. We could probably do it with 3 or 4 of us so we are willing to give a helping hand to newer players that could use the experience and gear. Additionally picking up 32s or 31s that're so used to LFGing that they don't notice they're running with a team all from the same clan is just such a wonderful treat; love when it goes right over their head that they're running with maxed out experienced veterans with great gear and awesome team play and they just assume they're some sort of MVP. Bad game for it and we don't have much patience for it anymore.
