Signed. Wish it was like this, but its all about the money. They have to get people to buy their expansions and by making everything up to par with new dlc, some may not buy it.

That could be easily solved. It is unable to upgrade if they do not have the DLC. Also, if they do not have the DLC, there would be no reason for a higher damage cap.
