that is when the game was fun, now as its still fun its just that the game has made it to easy to reach top levels. lets go back to the way it was. also for the next dlc, I hope that you have to at least turn in your 32 gear in order to receive gear that can be level up to 33 or whatever. I just hope it get back on track..
