• Yes yes, of course. I might as well be the Dark Souls 2 sponsor for this site. But I have never heard of any paradox with the Giant Lord.

 • Prepare Uranus for this one So when you fight the last giant he is angry at you, almost in a vengeful way, in which he is due to giant lord confirmed as the last giant and you killed giant lord. The whole premise around this theory is that the player is stuck in an infinite loop (I'll get into that later on). As you know giant lord is killed 1000 years or so prior to the events of dark souls 2. The last giant cannot be pissed at you in any way due to the massive gap between giant lords time of death and the present drangelic. Your character only goes hollow before you travel to drangleic so no main character did not live for 1000 years and kill giant lord (you technically did but that will be explained later). The only logical explanation to why last giant is pissed at you is one answer past versions of you . The reason why I think previous versions is because when you go back in time to kill giant lord in late game he should technically still be alive in said late game because he survives the attempt on his life. And he is still left alive. Waiting for the next version of you to come along seeking a cure to the hollowing. So thus when YOU encounter the last giant he is pissed because a past version of you killed him in the past because that version was going to acquire the kinship. It has a knock on effect as one version kills him and then the giant is still alive and then the next version fights the last giant who is the giant lord that survived the attempt on his life by version one. There cannot be a first version though, for if there was, why would last giant be pissed at you if you didn't kill him? And if you didn't go back in time to kill him he should be back at the land of the Giants by now with his prize he took from drangleic. Your character is just another version in an endless loop seeking to cure themselves of hollowing but in the end each version meets the same outcome.

 • The only issue is that the Ashen Mist heart only lets you go into memories, and lets you take things from the memory to make them real. The Last Giant hates all humans, and seeing you must've sent you over the edge, regardless of who you were.

 • The soul of last giant says "a mysterious warrior killed it" heavily implying the main character killed it
