Crucible: Six man fireteams shred randoms almost 100% of the time. Make a "solos" or "mercenary" mode.
It would be nice if we could choose only singles or only 6-person fireteams as an option for matchmaking. I've been on both sides of that type of match and it rarely feels balanced and is often over quickly.

And how often do you come across them? Almost never and when you do, you can go to orbit after the match and not see them again.
