He WILL get it. He doesn't have it [i]yet[/i]. He received glowhoo and Word of Crota after his stuff was deleted, and [i]will[/i] receive FoaF when HoW drops. Technically, no he doesn't have it, but yes, he will have it

He received that stuff bc people's were kind enough to help him in CE. And Bungie or someone would have said something if he was receiving one

They did, they literally sent him WoC and Glowhoo in the post master

A group of people felt bad for him and did Hard Mode Crota with him, and he got the gear. They didn't "give" him anything
