Simply put, Hunters have the biggest potential to achieve kill streaks with their Supers. No other class combines that mobility, repetition chance and speed.

Thus, making it OP by definition, isn't it?

Not necessarily, secondary and passive perks should be taken into account too. But in the field of Supers, Hunters have a clear edge. No pun intented. For Titans (both subclasses) and Warlocks (Voidwalkers) to score three or more kills, they need the luck to find those three guys together, and the luck to be fast enough (or find a good positioning) to do so before being taken out. Sunsingers can do a bit better with their grenades, but concentrated fire or just evasion can neutralize their threat. Hunters, however, can simple seek out their targets, crossing wide areas of the map to score their kills. Gunsligers combine a responsibilyt and range that is unmatched, whereas Bladedancers can either flank their target being insivible or just rush them head-on if the distance isn´t too great, since their super gives them damage resistance while active. That´s basically my point.
