Alright. So Vault of Glass raid gear was supposed to get people to 30, right? People grinded their asses off for every little bit of armor so they could get there only to see that the vendor gear for Dark Below gets you to 31.
There is no updated version of Vault of Glass's Gear. The same thing will happen when House of Wolves releases. All Legendary gear you enjoy looking at (my personal favorite was the Eclipse Maw IV Warlock armor) is completely useless, no matter how nice you think it looks, it cannot be good for you to use currently.
My suggestion, is to make it so that players can upgrade any Legendary gear they wish to a point where it will bring them to the level cap, but still have incentive to play the raids, maybe even require them to play raids to do so. (Add in Raid Commendations or something to that effect).
Radiant materials need to either go away, or be found in more ways than playing Crota's End too. There's no reason for them to exist other than trying to make us play Crota's End multiple times.
Vault of Glass should have all of its armor weapons updated and have all of its armor updated as well. Bungie's supposed stance on implementing a trading system is "no" because they want all of our loot drops to feel special? Well what about people who were working to get gear from VoG, only to have it invalidated? How about people who did the same for Crota's End and will feel that burn again?
tl;dr: I want to wear any Legendary armor I want and stay at the level cap. Do you agree with me?

No. And I don't really have a reason as to why but for some reason I don't want this, I genuinely like new expansions invalidating old gear, gives me a reason to play. And btw that's how MMORPGs usually work anyway...
