Only OP if you let people get that close. Stay medium-long range and you never see a shotgun.
My Titans avg kill distance is almost top 500 on xbox so I haven't seen a shotgun death in a long time. All hail Red Death / Sniper combo.

It's hard to keep a distance when it's a small cqc map and they're using blink..
