MODERATOR OR ADMIN RESPOND PLEASE - NETWORKING ISSUE

I can't access any Destiny content. I click "A to play" and then it comes up with error code turtle. I have tried port forwarding, opened up the ports specifically for Destiny and a few extra. I've done extended power cycles, I've tried deleting and re downloading Destiny, I've tried deleting and re downloading my profile. I have even put my Xbox One into a DMZ zone on my router, which opens up EVERY port to my Xbox One. I have spoken for countless hours to the Microsoft Support Team and they have come to the conclusion that it is a problem on your end (the developer). I have spent a lot of money for this Xbox One and your game, and I have spent a lot of time trying to make it work. PLEASE sort this issue out IMMEDIATELY. Destiny worked for my Xbox 360 but doesn't for my Xbox One. It is DEFINITELY not a problem on my side now. PLEASE RESPOND to this thread, it's bad enough that you don't have any means to contact you apart from forums, but please don't make me wait any longer than I already have. I posted a forum thread a couple of days ago and looks like it just got ignored. If you don't sort this issue out soon, I will be returning Destiny and any other Bungie developed games, and encouraging every one of my friends to do the same.
