I keep seeing these posts pop up so I keep posting my thoughts on it. Very good post. I love the snapshot of the independent vaults. It will make inventory much cleaner.

You already said it, multiple exotics=over powered. Legendaries would be worthless and exotics were meant to be unique and strategize your play style. Still wouldn't stop hoarders like me collecting weapons (and armor). Trading is the worst idea ever. Half the forums would be "maxed out Gjallahorn: $50" which is worse than micro transactions.

I mean, realistically, what else can they say without admitting fault or looking dumb? This is a pretty massive let down / screw up on their part. I don't know what they could possibly say. They need to DO something in order to help the community feel better about this. And that will take time. (Please, Bungie, don't wait another 7 months to resolve this....)
