British Summer Time
BST starts at 1am on Sunday when all of us in the UK put our clocks forward by one hour.
Since those short wearing, flip flop wearing Californian's aren't doing the same thing with Pacific Standard Time (who needs extra daytime when you get 12hrs in Winter) that means our reset time moves from 9am to 10am.
So for you early morning guys that's one more hour to finish previous day/week bounties and less hour for the next.
PS4 clock should set itself but it's probably worth checking.

1 Replypretty sure our PST bretheren do change their clocks, but they did it a couple of weeks ago, so rather than being the usual 8 hours behind us, they are (until sunday morning) currently 7 hours behind us. destiny's servers don't observe any daylight saving though (believe they run UTC) so they don't move forward/back with the rest of us.. net/net is that you're absolutely right, as of sunday morning the daily reset will be at 10am instead of 9am :) not entirely sure why i bothered posting this tbh :->
