Hey bungie can you guys show me, how coding works, I want to know because i want to see what i am getting myself into for game design at school.
Edit: I want to get a job in game designing so that one day I can make a game like destiny, but less buggy and better loot tables

Look into making indie stuff. Make lots and build your portfolio, nowadays you can learn to do code and design by just using Google and online tutorials.

3 RepliesDon't do game design. Worthless degree that will teach you a little bit of everything that ultimately won't teach you enough of one thing to get a job. Get a degree in the specific field you're looking for within the industry. They need masters of a trade, not a jack of all trades.

You're on internet. The world's information is at your finger tips. So Google it and what not. Take some classes online. I say try getting into flash games first. Those are real simple.
