Omg. Yes. I love playing with Brits in general. The vernacular is so different and makes for fun times.
Northern England I find harder to understand.
London gamers tend to sound like most of the actors in movies and TV.
Can anyone tell me what a scouse is?
English
-
I'm a scouser or liverpudlian, it means some one from liverpool in northwest England. People from Manchester are mancunians or mancs! Birmingham = brummies, London = cockneys, Newcastle = geordies etc etc!
-
A scouse is short for scouser I.e someone from Liverpool
-
Geordie from the real North of England
-
Oh man. I saw an episode of the Geordie shore. It's very very difficult for me to understand. Seems almost like the UK version of Cajun.
-
Half the hack on geordie shore ain't Geordies man sure there is mackems and smoggies in there. It depends if I use slang to be fair. If one is articulate I sound like ant & dec or Brian Johnston from AC DC lol
-
What are smoggies and mackems? Lol. And I love Brian Johnston. That's one cool cat.
-
Mackems are things from Sunderland & smoggies are from Middlesbrough
-
Ah gotcha. Thank you.
