Cabal tounges for lunch with a Vex milk, for dinner I have a fallen ribs with some of their squeezed brain as a drink, and for lunch I eat hive eyes with mixed salad.

I eat a lot of salad, fruit, and these weird vegan protein bars that are somehow delicious. And fruit Popsicles, specifically the open nature ones without the dyes so the strawberry flavor is this gnarly flesh color. And so tasty. And espresso. I'm done now.

Trying to eat healthier, eat heard boiled eggs for breakfast and oatmeal. Lunch usually sandwich of some kind mostly tuna or chicken. Dinner white meat and fish most days one day a week red meat. Sides are usually rice and vegetables. Then one cheat day pizza and wings to ruin it haha

Pourage/ Yoghurt for breakfast. Bread of some sort 4 lunch and fish/meat 4 dinner and a snack of somesort for my evening meal

I knew the top posts would be vegans. They always have to tell other people how healthy they are and why they are superior for doing so. Or its some bullshit about animals. Not like their ancestors made it this far being vegans. But I can only hope this trend goes away with time.

As of now, I try to hold to an 80/10/10 diet: 80% Carbs 10% Protein 10% Fats Mostly compiled of fruits and veggies, nuts and whole grains. I try to minimise my meat and dairy intake.
