What is stronger? Throwing Knife or Shoulder Charge?

Shoulder charge

I've seen in the developers open house that there are developers that think throwing knives are better than shoulder charges. Let me tell you why I think that is wrong. First of all throwing knives are your melee cool down. Also if you're an experienced player you will build up your stat roles away from strength meaning you will have less throwing knives. Shoulder charges have almost no cool down. Now I've never been a Titan before but I've experienced first hand being shoulder charges multiple times in a row. On top of that, shoulder charges are a 1 hit kill. Anywhere. Throwing knives cannot 1 hit someone with full health in the head even with the upgrade where your blades catch the enemies on fire. Also one of the hardest thing about the throwing knife is that you can't aim it. You press your melee button and it just throws. You cannot hold the throwing knife and there are no crosshairs for it. So your telling me that one of the hardest equipments to master in the game can't even one hit people, while a measly little shoulder charge can? That's not right. Now I will say that throwing knives have far more range than shoulder charges that can give them the advantage over shoulder charges. But for you to kill the guy at an extended range would mean that the guy will have to be injured, which most of the time he's not. Also shoulder charges are not your melee ability so you will have to select it so you are losing out on other abilities (I don't know what the abilities are, but most of the time people are using shoulder charges anyway). Well that's enough of that. I would like to hear what you guys think is stronger and why.
