British people have got to be the most fun people to raid with. I mean, how can you not have a good time with their accents?.
-
I dont really see how our accent is so amusing, but then again im used to it...
-
I always have a great time playing with Brits and Aussies. I'm a huge fan of British comedy so we just quote movies and have a laugh fest, even on the 12th wipe on Crota hard. I've only had one bad experience with these British squeakers who were arguing the entire time about who was using the relics during Atheon. The whole time was just excruciating because we resulted in several "angry wipes."
-
Yeah I raid and Iron Banner with Brits and it is fun as shit
-
People seem to buzz about my accent cos am british and a scouser but then again even british people buzz about me accent so......
-
I can't count the amount of time I've been asked to say "tea and crumpets" or asked if I've met the Queen...
-
So good, play with this guy regular because of accent: "You warnt to goo Farrrmmmin in de cossmodroome" "Ohhhh I just goot doorrnkey puuncheed"
-
Well any Americans feel free to add me, GT "BrayerIncognito" I'm a Brit who has just jumped to Xbox One and am always looking to increase my friends list and trying to get round to actually doing my 1st Raid!!!!!
-
Ive made a ton of Brit friends while raiding late at night.
-
After playing with Brits I've caught myself saying "bloody el" and "mates" a lot. Wtf
-
Got in a match with my friend once, sounded like guys on their periods with their issues :/

Edited by kraftian: 5/3/2015 9:29:45 AMSay aluminium for me, not aloominum xD Also damn i didn't realise our country meant more than rain C: i find raiding with anyone who is either serious or just them fun instead of being with an asshole
all about the aussies and canadians i just love them ^_^
-
On the other hand, raiding with hillbillies is the worst: HB1:I got mah self uh new shotguhn. HB2: wats it cahllled HB1: it's call-*gaurdian down*. Oops wuznt payin attenchuun Along with super heavy accents
-
Love it when raiding and in a party with people from around the globe. Even better when my friends pop into the party to say hello and nobody understands what we're talking about. I'm from Scotland and have to use my "telephone " voice most of the time when raiding as my accent can be quite thick when talking to friends.
-
I'm the only English one in our raid team the rest are American they take the rip out of my accent all the time trying to copy it a bloody right laugh it is me duck
-
I love raiding with Brits they seem more polite and I have just have had a great experience with them.
-
There's this little British squeaker that asks me to help him with nf every week. I mute my mic and let him ramble, it's adorable. Love running with my brit buddies when I catch em online as well.
-
Yup, love those Brits!!! One of my clanmates is English and I always try to join him and his buddies. He has some Scottish and Irish friends, I can hardly understand what they're saying but they seem to be having a good time.
-
I hate it personally. Some of them can be annoying. Others are awesome
-
Can I ask why do you care about how many people responded to your post? It seems very egotistical.
-
I am often the only Brit in a fireteam. Feel free to add me on Xbone live - DaveE8 Everyone knows a Dave, but do you know a British Dave?
-
"Looking to run VoG fresh hard. Please be British." Watch this start happening now haha... I'm actually debating doing this.
-
I'm British and I must say I've raided with more Americans/Canadians then peeps UK.
-
Difference between a Brit and American response when you die in a raid. American: "oh, come on, what the -blam!- is wrong with you?!?!?" Brit: "it's alright, I got that bloody wanker for you."
-
I love raiding with Americans who about a quarter of the way through the raid realise I'm English and ask me to say things
-
I've been playing IB with a brit, a Canadian woman, a Scottish fellow and the rest of us American. Has to have been the most fun I've ever had on Destiny... Oh the conversations
-
When i went to usa for my hols i got people asking me to say stuff all the time just for the yorkshire accent
