I usually solo up to the end then invite two friends in and for 2-3 months I'd get legendarys or coins or shards and they'd both get exotics. Recently started inviting them in at the start and last week was the first time I've gotten an exotic from a nightfall and it was a helmet for the hunter I don't use, this week I got the last word but honestly I'm not that impressed with it This game hates people who solo nightfalls
