People say that the Vault of Glass can only be completed with exotic gear and level 31-32 teams. If that is true than why do they have the starting level at 26, heck, I'm level 25 and I don't even have my first legendary item yet. Why dose Bungie have the starting level at 26 if the its so hard for the community of guardians to complete.
