I am a regular player on destiny and I've been playing since launch.
i took a 2 week break from destiny, only to come back and have a message pop up on my screen that my device is banned and to visit bungie.net, but its doesn't explain why i was banned.
what i want to know is why i was banned.
if a bungie person could get back to me and explain to me what is going on here id very much appreciate that. thanks
sorry if this was posted in the wrong section but i didn't know where to post since i never visit the fourm.

Lol you did the heroic today liar

That's stupid they should tell you what exactly you did to be banned. Its like getting arrested and not being told why you were arrested.

Nice frontier ghost shell you have wish I had one Heard through the rumor mill if you mod your Xbox there's an exact version of that through some glitching mighty coinkydink eh? Let me guess though you don't kid your console you just let a friend get on for you and now you want your account back Well sry to say pick better friends if that's case, play legit, or just simply abide by rules and do not let others on your account for any reason and you won't have this problem gl though

Edited by Mr Mulberry: 3/25/2015 1:15:01 AMHello! Bungie doesn't discuss or overturn any bans. Please be sure that this is a ban and not a restriction. A ban is permanent, a restriction is temporary. Additionally, here's a list of what actions warrant a restriction or ban.
Connecting to the Destiny game service with any of the following: -Modified game software -Modified game assets -Modified console hardware -Modified console firmware -Using an external program to modify the operation of the Destiny game software (trainer or mod) -Using an external program or device to automate gameplay or circumvent idle detection -Modification or interruption of Destiny network traffic with intent to disrupt other players’ experiences or to gain advantage in the game -Intentionally deriving gameplay benefit from another user’s behavior in the above categories -Unauthorized access to Destiny software or downloadable content (game piracy) -Impersonating a Bungie, Microsoft, Sony, or Activision employee
If you've done any of these, action will be taken against your account. Bungie's entire banning policy can be found in the link below. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
