How many rounds from a Suppressor does it take to break an enemy Spartan's shield?

Oh boy, that's specific. I believe it takes the first full row (of the three rows on the HUD) to break the shield, but I don't know the exact count.

The correct answer was 10, it takes exactly 10 rounds to break an enemy Spartan's shield.
