Error Code Extreme (25-30 per hour)

I get an unreal amount of Kick To Orbit events when I play Destiny. To the point where the game is barely playable. The only reason the game even retains that much of my interest is because I really do love it. I've been on board with Destiny since launch and have played it constantly since then. I've always loved you guys at Bungie and really do love what you guys are offering us with this game. I just can't play it. I can describe my symptoms in detail. The error code is almost always "beaver". I have exhausted every single troubleshooting step I can find. I have been deep into the bowels of my router/modem with the help of a technician. Nothing has fixed or even mitigated the KTOs I experience. I guess I'm looking for a reason to keep playing. I need someone--anyone--from Bungie to talk to me and at least tell me they feel bad. I realize that the entire company isn't going to halt what it's doing to fix a problem that (seems to) only effect one single player. Is anybody out there? Anybody listening?

  • These aren't questions I'd normally ask right off the bat, but since you seem to be well versed in troubleshooting I'll go on ahead. Have you contacted your ISP regarding the issue? You mention a technician in your post, but you are unclear on whether or not it was from your ISP or perhaps just a knowledgeable friend. Have you tried using an alternative modem? If you contact your ISP, they should have no problem sending a technician out(see above question) to test a new modem in your home. This is something I needed to do myself when the game came out. We'll start with these two questions and walk our way forward from there. Next, while I am absolutely[b] NOT[/b] a Bungie employee, I can assure that they are aware of, and are working very hard on the issue. This game is their baby, and no parent wants to see their baby being eaten by Beavers, Weasels, etc. So while I certainly cannot apologize on their behalf, I can certainly give you my sympathy as a fellow gamer. Let me know how things are looking after you read this, I'd love to help you resolve your issue.
