I don't think that's official. It might be and it's spooky as all hell but look at the authors compared in the link above. One is Hunt The Truth the other is Delt6687Station.
To me the second one just sounds like some kid/teen whispering "Oh my God" and "Cortana" into a mic with a fan blowing in the background. And just used the hashtag "hunt the truth" for shits and giggles.
