I'll assume for one moment that you're not a troll...if so, that particular set of perks is deadly in PvP.

Shot package is better than range finder

But so is shot package and hammer forged. I like the tighter grouping instead of the added range, and I rarely slide. Most will agree that shot package is better than rangefinder.
