So let's say that somebody wants to chop off their arm and replace it with a prosthetic one, because they don't like the way their arm feels. Would you let them, or call them crazy and get them help? If you answered crazy but say that trans people aren't crazy and need help how are you not having a double standard? Both parties want to change something about themselves to feel good. And if you said they weren't crazy and that they should go for it I think you need to realize that most people can't be trusted/ are incapable to make good decisions for themselves. Changing your body because you feel like it's the right thing to do is idiotic and not a good thing.
