It's a great gun. That is why it does not need nerfing. When a gun is used with more effectiveness than others, it is up to the players to learn how to adjust on the fly countermeasures to combat against it. If everything that kills better than the average gun (which the game has different tiered guns in the first place for a reason) gets nerfed, then it won't matter what you choose; they will all be equal. No fun. The biggest mistake that is being made by nerfing things instead of buffing others to match is taking what people love: away from their gun. Plus it condones a Lazy Gamer. Players need to challenge themselves to be diverse in combat and multitasking with tactical combat. Nerfs just water down and dilute the gunfighting. Pulse rifle buff:great. Auto rifle range:ok. Auto rifle damage nerf:bad. Suros is Suros for a reason. Take away what makes it great and it is just a white version of Shadow Price/Vanquisher {which are great guns btw, but still not Exotics}. It is an Exotic and needs to be felt as such. By the owner and the one getting plugged by it. We need to grow as players and guardians, the only way is to combat those who are substantially better than we are ourself. Evolution is growing stronger and better than the environment we inhabit. You'll never go Super Saiyan unless you had to, to defeat an enemy beyond your limit and capabilities. Just be glad it didn't come with Third Eye & Full Auto, bro, just be glad about that...

So what you're saying is that instead of the game being balanced for all guardians to use their perfered playing style, we should be forced to use the 4 weapons that are OP just so we can be competative? Yeah, that sure does make for a fun multiplayer experience...
