The Taskmaster is still an enemy of the Empire, and needs to either be apprehended, or forgiven for his crimes.

We are currently unaware of his location, though he does keep contacting us. He is bouncing his signal and I can't track it.

He could be in the caves or the ruins but who knows how deep we have to go to find him
