Ok, you have 2 options and I'm gonna help you out... 1. If he's too young and dumb and is literally brain dead enough to not have known what he was doing then tell him how much he -blam!-ed up. 2. If he did it on purpose then take away every electronic and allowance he has and say you'll give it back when he regains your characters and vault items.
