Personal avatars makes it soo hard to remember people as separate entities.

As time goes on this is starting to really bug me... should I make notes to remind me who's who?
I understand this is a necessary thing.
The feeling of... have I spoken to this person before?.... is my constant feelings here.

I don't even know if I would change mine to be custom, because I claimed this avatar the day it was available. Any others are imposters and unworthy of holding the mantle!

Completely agreed. I have a really bad habit of only remembering people with Halo avatars and basically lumping everyone else together as one giant alt. I'm getting better at that with all the cool new peeps showing up recently though.

Although I have a pretty easy time relating avatars to individuals and remembering them, I'm sure almost everyone would love to have custom avatars.
