I currently have a 50" 720p LG Plasma and am enjoying the AA, contrast ratio and high refresh rate. I've heard 1080 and 4k don't support AA. Any insight here? Post your thoughts/comments and thanks!
EDIT: Wow lots of responses and great feedback! I went with a 55" LG 4k today and WOW. It's like a whole new game. 4k FTW.

60 in sharp aquos quattron. 1080p. Active 3d. The tv upscales to 3d. Playing destiny in 3d is AWESOME. Not as good as a 3d format bluray, but pretty damn close! But I learned the hard way.....riding a sparrow in 3d will make you puke! Lol.

Xbox one doesn't even play in 1080 so anything over 720 is pointless for gaming.....

Samsung 55 inch 1080p 120 refresh rate , looks beautiful has gaming mode but that trades speed over quality.

Un55hu8550 - 55 Samsung 4k - looks amazing and after the update in game mode the lag due to processing is almost nonexistent I play on it because that's what's in my living room. Was a 46 Samsung 1080 but that's in the bedroom now.

Edited by Ryu Knight98: 3/20/2015 6:40:06 PMI did get a Samsung UN55H7100 and it was the best picture i ever saw on a TV screen after i calibrated it. The speakers were terrible though. The treble was too high pitched and was harsh to my ears. Unfortunately, the TV was defective. There was a line of black dots in the center of the screen that would stand out whenever a bright white image was displayed. So i brought it back to Future shop (Best Buy Canada) and exchanged it for the UN55H8000 since they didn't have another h7150/H7100 around. It was a open box deal so we didn't pay full price. This tv was working great for the whole night. And then next day later, it suffered a heart attack! It wouldn't display a picture but sound was working fine. The back lights were working fine to but it just wouldn't display a picture. After some googling, i found the broken part in question was the t con board. Back to the store i go to exchange the tv AGAIN. So now they're ordering in a brand new never opened UN55H8000 without charging us extra. So in the end, I'm getting a brand new TV for the price of a opened box tv. I've never had so many issues with TV's in my life. This 3rd tv better not be defective...

Play on two TVs. Both 32" one is 1080p one is 720p. I play much better on the 1080p visio and notice I get a much more steady/higher kd

Edited by Okidre: 3/20/2015 6:01:59 PMEido 24 - 240hz 5ms refresh rate There's no need for a huge screen. It's big but they won't be as crisp/smooth as smaller, higher refresh rate monitors. TVs also use those "game modes" that don't always make the image better.
-
TV screens are to big. You cannot see the radar in crucible with a big cinema like screen. It's nice for PvE though.

Samsung 1080p Smart TV with a 240 refresh rate. Made for gaming and I love it.

4k doesn't matter and 1080 doesn't matter on xbox but I play playstation on 1080
