The Emperor was (AND STILL IS) a part of the negotiation council group chat. I can also tell you time and time again I notified all factions of the Rogues and the traitors. The Emperor was even called on in the Negotiation Council chat time and time again to tell him of of Rogues, but we were ignored. So while neither you or the Emperor may have known about the Rogues, many tried to tell you both. But no, you brushed us off and told your people not to trust your allies.
