The Emperor was (AND STILL IS) a part of the negotiation council group chat. I can also tell you time and time again I notified all factions of the Rogues and the traitors. The Emperor was even called on in the Negotiation Council chat time and time again to tell him of of Rogues, but we were ignored.
So while neither you or the Emperor may have known about the Rogues, many tried to tell you both. But no, you brushed us off and told your people not to trust your allies.

I was informed about the rogues only recently, and I never made any moves, I said be cautious. I know nothing of this council chat either.

It's a council chat between all the faction leaders and myself. It also includes Freddy, because at the time we needed another representative from the Empire, and he volunteered. I'm sorry for the accusations... I honestly just don't want another war. It gets to you, ya know? And I'd do mostly anything to stop any war...

Originally, it was Grub's call to see who got in. I barely got Ninja in myself, so I'll ask him. There are actual a lot of people who wanna get in, so I just relay most of the news to you guys in the dojo chat.
