That's not true, if you understood the Trinity canon, you'd know that God/The Father, God/The Son, and God/The Holy Spirit are three parts of One Being. It's the same way we have a body, soul, and spirit. The parts of one being. Jesus had to be God AND Man in order to fulfill Old Testament prophesy about the Messiah.

I can agree with that analogy to a degree. One I've always used is the egg. An egg has a shell, the albumen (white), and yolk. Three separate parts of one thing. To answer your other question, there's no way to know. There are Christian Jews and Christian Arabs. There are also Muslim Americans and Jews practicing Judaism in America.
