Nope.
I don't know anyone who has all 12 of the faction shaders, I know one person who has all 4 of the dead orbit shaders plus the ship.
I only have 1 NM shader out of like 30-40 levels.

I have all four DO shaders plus the ship, and everything you stated above :')

Some people just get lucky:P I have 3 judgments with shot package(one of each element) and have had x vanquishers, sadly none with Field scout.

I've never even seen someone with all of one faction and one of another. You would probably have to be insanely lucky to have all of them already.

I have all 3 of my characters grinding NM for the other 3 shaders and ship, I basically only do nightfalls and heroics and the odd bounty when leveling gear. So basically 1-6 packs every 2 weeks depending how often I play. I play a lot less than before.
