[spoiler]If you're into her, and she's into you, you won't have a problem. If she doesn't like you that way yet, or you're unsure, do something to make yourself stand out above the rest. Get to know who she is, what she likes, and find out if you have things in common. If you have similar interests, talk about those and do that stuff together regularly. The more you learn about her, and the more you spend time with her, the more comfortable you will be talking with her, and asking her out will be easier.
