Lone Wolf breaks off from the pack, works his own way regardless of what his team is planning or doing. Strong in their own right, but unpredictable and a pain if they get them selves killed.
Medic: fights when they can, otherwise making sure to get downed allied. Very reliable person, well rounded but concerns them selves with getting downed team mates over actually fighting.
Heavy: has all the OP weapons, damage dealing tanker with no speed or agility. Just walking armor with the biggest guns the game has to offer. Often used as mobile cover and bait by their team, but valued greatly.
Assassin: you stay back, pick off enemies and strike when unexpected. You may not have the highest kills, but with your hand cannons and sniper rifles, you kill the most troublesome before they even knew what hit them.
Leader: the fire team boss everyone likes and respects. Your skills at fighting are well rounded, but you have the talent to lead even the most unlikely of teams to victory.
Leroy Jenkins: LEEEEEERRRROOOOYYTT JEEEEEEENKINS!!!!! Often making bum rushes? Just crashing in to the enemy an killing all you can before often getting killed your self? Often hear the medic saying "poor choices.."? This is you then.
Other? Explain and classify! :) no hate and have fun guardians!
Long live the VOG!
Edit: wow, most responses ever :0 keep it coming guardians! Brag on your bum rushes and healing stories! I found most people are mixes but favor one thing over the other.
Cheers guardians!
Current leader: lone wolf 21%
Second place: toss up between leader and Leroy...? Ok lol. 17%
Seems like guardians prefer to make their own fate, be in charge of the team or just.. Ya know... LEEEEEEROYYYYYY JEEEEEEEENKINS!!!!!!
Such positive results.. I lost count of how many people have posted here. Keep it coming guardians and keep voting!
Long live the VOG! And cheers to the guardians, for without them i would be working at five nights at Freddy's or a transformers extra.

assassin, but typically with the most kills. snipe for days.
-
Mixed. My play style varies with Leroy leader and assassin. I like to pick of enemies with a sniper, killing from a distance. But when shit hits the fan im not hesitant to whip out my boom stick and go ham on who's in my way. And my mindset is as a leader, thinking no matter what winning is possible and I try to lead people and get them to want to win.
-
I'm actually all of those except Leroy Jenkins lol.
-
I'd consider myself more a support style. Pooping out orbs for my teammates and protecting them.
-
I'm more of a Chuck Norris kinda guardian. I can do it all without firing a single shot
-
In PVP, I'm that asshole with shoulder charge, felwinter's lie, fists of panic, armamentarium (maxed discipline/double lightning 'nades), and a primary based on the map. In other words, I sprint directly at the enemy team and blow off faces, die, respawn and repeat. In PVE, I'm usually all support/heavy. I typically run as a bubblebro, catering my perk/armor loadout for maximum team benefit, but still end up taking out the most adds in most strikes I run. On the other hand, I don't usually do as much damage to bosses as my teammates (in exchange for keeping randal the vandal off their backs).
-
Which one should I vote for if I love to shoulder charge every enemy in PvE? >w>
-
One that sucks in crucible so if I've been on any of your teams, my humble apologies!!! But I do keep trying in an attempt to get better, hell, I had 2 games in IB last night where I barely cracked 1 k/d!!
-
Lone wolf. I always try to tag along with teammates but I always end up running off on my own because I don't like to wait on people. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't.
-
In crucible, I use the seeking axiom bolt and Thorn to know exactly where my target is. I also make a point to try to stay away from the main fighting. I guess that makes me an assassin.

One time, I went to carry a friend through Vog, since he had never done it before. I sent out a message, and all that came was low levels. No one else was above lvl 28, and I'm 31 currently. Apparently no one but me had actually even tried Vog. I had to teach all of them while going along. When we got to templar after making them realize why Oracle's needed to die, someone grabbed the relic. The templar spawned on top of him, and killed him. Gorgons labyrinth was even worse. Then we finally got to gatekeeper, which is when I realized no one else knew how to use the relic, or even had the firepower to kill the gatekeeper. It took forever, but we did it. While defending the conflux, I tried to explain everything about atheon and how to kill him, how to cleanse, how to jump to the middle, etc. We actually ended up killing him, with a time of about six hours. Also, two Gallarhorn dropped: one from loot chest, other from atheon. I pick leader.

Our clan leader is usually the best at all of the games we play...but now I am like his second in command. Usually on when he wants to raid, knows what to do, good at the game

LEEEERROOOYYYYYY
-
Like to find the vibe of a crucible without mic sometimes it works
-
Leroy for lyfe!
-
Deff a Leroy lone wolf in crucible
-
I also play somewhere in that middle ground between assassin and medic, I main hunters so I can sneak in for the revive, and I mostly run scout rifles and snipers, though I can put that dps on crota too with ghorn.
-
A good mix between leroy, leader and heavy, (Rambo style)
-
Edited by P9685: 3/19/2015 8:45:01 PMI would say heavy medic mix. Using big weapons with max armour and recovery, but dropping everything in order to revive teammates.
-
I am the tank/utility that destiny deserves
-
Heavy
-
More of a medic/assassin mix, even with my Titan.
-
Support.
-
I fill whatever roles are required, but I tend towards a medic/assassin mix, in that order. When someone is down or in trouble (or in a game where you can be an actual medic. Team Fortress 2 medic, that's the dream), I'm making a beeline towards them. Doesn't mean that beeline is a hurricane of death along the way though.
-
I fill the roles required. If the people on my fireteam are players I trust, then ill go on a war path, leroy style. Otherwise, im more of the heavy. Ill take the highest threat targets first, which is sometimes the reason i miss that Thrall with arc burn/lightswitch that sneaks past me and wreaks my team XD

Edited by Baker: 3/19/2015 8:09:58 PMThe warlock role, heavy/assassin/lone wolf -wreck everything you can and make a shitload of orbs doing it so your fireteam can be supercharged
