12 hours to level 20 - Titan
I advanced a new Guardian, a Titan, to level 20 in about 12 hours. The idea to create a new Guardian came when I acquired legendary Titan boots while playing as a Warlock. No longer do I need to be annoyed by class items which, when decrypted, don't yield any value for my primary Guardian.
Does anyone care to share tips on how to advance quickly? I noticed some folks in this clan have secondary Guardians on track to reach level 20 in 10 hours or less.
What I did was ensure that I always had a bounty to fulfill while unlocking story levels, and I tried at least once for the extra 600 Heroic xp. I played a little Crucible also, even at level 4.

3 RepliesI have found it works the best to invite someone who has a level 30 or higher and set each mission as high as possible, you can fight your way through with weapons that need upgraded and they make sure you don't die. When you turn in a bounty make sure you have items that need upgraded, and do the patrol missions while doing the story line to get the extra rep, exp, and glimmer. I went through the story line and hit level 20 with a set of purple and exotic in just about 12 hours... level 2 to 26
