Ok so getting specific weapons in Destiny is impossible without using a vendor or bounty. This can be an issue when people are trying to get one specific weapon, be it Exotic or Legendary. So I had an idea. What if every week Xur sold a booster or item that guaranteed a specific weapon type would be rewarded if you get a weapon drop or engram. For example if you played crucible and earned a weapon or engram after buying a Rocket Launcher booster, you would get a rocket launcher guaranteed. If you were rewarded an exotic weapon at death singer you would get an exotic rocket launcher. This could work for any type of weapon as long as you buy that weapon type booster. This could help people have a better chance of being able to get a certain weapon without it being so random. Maybe it would last 1-3 hours and you can only use one a week. Maybe have it cost 20,000 glimmer too. What do you guys think of this? Is it stupid?
