I think it's just you. I personally like the warlock for its grenades and the ability to stop and divert enemies. The supers may not be as strong as a titan but it has its value. Their supers allow for a wall of fire to be built or a wall of purple cloud to be built to stop enemies from approaching you, if needed. The self revive is handy but not needed in every instances. I use the one with extra defence more often than not.
