It takes some skill. Like being able to complete a raid in a timely fashion.

Not really. Your still relying on the luck of the RNG drops for the armor. Lucky RNG doesn't equal skill.

CE raid gear is obtainable in 2 weeks. The drops are cake compared to VoG. Not even comparable really.

They are still random RNG drops, not guaranteed every run. Still luck. Not skill.

Beating the checkpoint to get the rng does though. That's why the people that can't beat the raid can't be a 32. Unless they IB.

Dumb ass, hitting a checkpoint only guarantees a RNG drop, not guaranteed armor.

I know that. But if you don't achieve the check point you don't even have a shot. And these loot drops for CE are insanely easy. I have 3 or 4 different stat rolled versions of each on each character. CE has been out 3 months and to not be 32 equals no skill. End of discussion.
