THE ONLY WAY TO 34 SHOULD BE IRON BANANA
As a certified crucible legend (top 1% for crucible deaths, top 1% for orb collection, bottom 3% for ktd), and expert PvE player (2 check em 2 raid completions) who was the world's first to solo the crota chest in the abyss using only dancing to traverse the map, I have this great concept.
The reality is PvE is easy mode for scrubs. Giving out light 42 gear for walking through easy content vs the hard slog of earning it in the Iron Banner is a slap in the face. Anyone can die at the lanterns and get 36 light gear when a hunter invisibility cheeses the section solo. Only the supreme can grind the Iron Banner to level 34.
UPDATE: hahahahahahaha the Scrub zone of Eldars is an even bigger joke. Hur hur hur a 30 second gjally blast to level 35 completion. Please. And the Trials is Scrubsiris.....where 1 good player carries 2 scrubs to the lighthouse week in week out is hardly worthy of max level. These activities should be deleted from the game!!!!
I think raid, PoE and Trials gear should be reduced to Blue gear to represent the lack of skill required to get it.

5 RepliesHey, Barn, keep in mind that some scrubs work as system security admins whose hobby is hacking things and they will be more than happy to free your vault from all the garbage you accumulated so far as a thank you for your bright and helpful ideas. I don't know any such people, but considering the number of Destiny players they exist in great numbers. Just something for you to keep in mind. Toodles.

Destiny pvp is easily the least competitive and least team based multiplayer shooter out there ill bet your the guy camping the back of map with ice breaker too lol. Its honestly harder to play pve than it is to run around the crucible not matter the event besides iron banner has been repeatedly debunked in its claims that your gear , weapons and rank truly matter in the kills go to youtube there several. You just sound butt hurt crota wouldnt give you what you needed yoyr maybe you found it to be to challenging so you chose to go pick on 10 yr olds in the crucible your a Reeeeeeal expert kid.

First off, then you'd only have a opportunity to become 32 every few weeks, and if your no good at crucible then it'll be hours and hours of grinding with constant frustrating failure. And in making iron banner the only way to become 32 it would render the raids next to useless besides the weapons which don't take that long to get them all. Plus every time iron banner comes to town it would be a frantic rush to get everything in 1 week which is no fun for people that actually have a life and can't grind constantly for a week.
