This starts with me wanting shot package on my Felwinter's Lie. I had over 30 motes to reroll that bad boy and towards the end, it seemed like Destiny just stopped caring about RNG and gave me the same EXACT weapon 4 TIMES IN A ROW. Well maybe that isn't true. I think the burn changed once from void to solar, but the perks and stat array was the exact same damn thing. Excuse me?! I've played this game since launch and this is such a spit in the face that I can't ignore it. It takes forever to get motes, either by leveling or by doing strikes and hoping the engrams give me Motes and not another useless piece of leg armor. The only use I wanted them for was to reroll my shotgun, and it cant even do that? It is utterly pathetic that I got the exact gun 4 times in a row and even worse that it took me over 20 minutes to find a support site to contact and I cant even vent my anger on a customer service person. I don't care if Bungie wont refund any purchases; it's not a damn purchase when I GET THE SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN! Give me my damn motes back!
