Where in RNG'sus name is my green and gold st paddy's day shader? Where do I pick that up?

Update 1.1: I'm just a simple guy from Alabama that didn't mean to offend all the Patricks out there. Title changed from Patty's to Paddy's. The internet has taught me a lesson I won't soon forget. :)
