** what I mean by "within same rarity", is;
Common<--->Common
Uncommon <---> Uncommon
Rare <---> Rare
Legendary <---> Legendary
Exotic <---> Exotic
Obviously, with the first one* (within one rarity) you can still trade your 4 extra GHorns for that extra Red Death someone has. As well as trade an extra GHorn for that elusive Black Hammer or Word of Crota.
With the second one,** trading would be limited to only same rarity. Word of Crota for Black Hammer or Thorn for The Last Word.

I like the second idea, trading exotic for exotic. I "worked hard" for those 5 Last Words sitting in my Vault right now. (Lol, no I didn't. I just opened the chest in VoG) And I'd like to trade those for one Gjallahorn.

Can the destiny community work together for once?.... Adding content is the only way idlers will stop. banning them will solve nothing and prove Activision can sell whatever they want knowing we will gladly buy it for an over priced margin. But who cares what technique bungie/Activision is doing about the idlers. the real problem is LACK OF CONTENT. No one wants to do the same 5 missions on repeat. Why not ADD MORE CONTENT that way idlers won't be idling anymore or as much. I'm not talking about different audio choices or color differences in the game or nerfing guns. I'm talking legit Content that actually affects the game as a whole. Like introducing us to an Elite Hunter or Titan or Warlock whom we could get our 3rd subclass from and actually interact with. Going on various missions, to upgrade the 3rd subclass, pertaining to the story which Unveils the formations of these 3 classes we are allowed to play as. All these updates have passed and we still have about the same with what we started off with, NO PURPOSE to play besides kill time. We all see the potential in this game. PvP/PVE players! I'm talking to you too! Bungie/Activision seems to value your input most. I know all of you dont like looking the same and definitely would not mind more areas to explore; witch will inevitably lead to having more gear and fun. Plus wouldn't you want to know more of the fractions and their origins as well as were they are all heading towards? This would definitely lead to more diverse gear and possibly fraction Wars. It is all in the realm of possibility. Let's open Pandoras box and travel down the tower into the city of Light and mystery! Let it be known that no matter how many MINOR updates this game receives bungie/Activision need to focus on more MAJOR content. Without us there is no destiny! It is us who have the power! A either way a trade system needs to be installed. So many keep getting the same drops. I've got red death four times and zero Ghorns. I would prefer same class trade, but this would break their game. Because people Would have no need to continue to run raids weekly. Then they would have to work on getting more an more raids out. It would put a lot more work on them.

They should add a grading system on tge items and the trade has to have relativley close ratings.
