Hi, I bought Destiny : limited edition at Day One on the 360 at EB Games. I was supposed to have the expansion pass inside, but it wasn’t. When the ‘’Dark Below’’ went out, I tried to find it but couldn’t. I contacted my retailer and they said I was little late, they also said that I had to contact Bungie if anything was missing inside the case. So I went on their website, did a little bit of research and they said it was the retailer fault. Couldn’t find an answer, I bought the expansion on XBOX ONE, and before doing so I checked this website: http://www.destinythegame.com/digital-upgrade and they say: Q. When I download the free Destiny expansion content on Xbox One, will I still be able to play it on Xbox 360? Yes. Your Microsoft Account (Xbox Live Account) will retain licenses for both consoles. However, when returning on the 360 and trying to access the expansion, it doesn’t work. They say I have to buy it. I looked through the market place, looked for the same expansion pass but the price was there and there is no way I can install it without paying. So far, I paid over $200 CAD for a single game and I do not wish to buy again. I looked for the License transfer but I accidentally press on it when trying to figure out where was my expansion pass, it was before I bought it. So I can’t use it until the 7th of July. I tried to look in the download history but there is always an error code saying the server is down. I checked the status on the Microsoft website and the only thing down is the download history. So if my expansion pass is there, which can be possible, I can’t access it. So here I am, completely out of clue, and I don’t want to pay again for something I was supposed to have in the first place. I am very disappointed because my friends are not rich enough to buy a Xbox One and the only way I can play with them is using the 360. But I can’t because the expansion pass didn’t transfer like it was supposed to. What can I do?
