I think for a fair collection, on review- take in to account people are more likely to give info based on being happy or angry. Theyll come and say shards as they are complaining or gally as they are celebrating. A lot of people who fall in between will keep quiet as they neither feel angry or happy. Nevertheless, great job on the data bro!!
