I'm pretty sure this group has already ripped off a number of people, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. Could a bungie moderator/legal representative look this over? I may be wrong here, but give me a try.
The following site is owned by a group called "legendary fury":

And they offer this:

do·na·tion
dōˈnāSH(ə)n/
noun
something that is given to a charity, especially a sum of money.
"a tax-deductible donation of $200"
synonyms: gift, contribution, present, pledge, handout, grant, offering;
the action of donating something.
Heck no, this is not a donation. This is a trade between money for goods/services using bungie content without an "okay" from bungie. A trade, not donation.

Ooph. First, someone is charging for something that many (the latest Community focus, Destiny Sherpas, for example) are doing for free. Second, people are paying for this. I want the Fang just as much as the next guy, but this is really not the way to go about it.

It probably does, but that's up to Bungie/activison legal team. I remember this from a few months ago. Not sure if it's still the same group from from before. Hopefully not many have fell for it.
