I have no problem helping newer players but don't send me a random invite without telling me what it's for and don't join a hard raid team if you have never done the raid before.

I only do norm if ppl don't have lvl 30 even first timers. I figure might as well show them on what they should be playing on but I don't do random inv either

I prefer they do normal first because there is no reviving in hard. It's not a big deal in CE but in VoG it's annoying.
