Iron Forge.
From this point on, whenever in the crucible, all member must take a knee to whoever gets the most kills in the group. ( nothin too serious, just as congratulations ) But in turn for the group taking a knee, that one person !ist show appreciation for his\her teammates in some fashion.

If anyone dares to challenge me in a Rumble match I'm more than ready.
