As I play destiny, the more I feel constricted by the lack of scope as it pertains to the world that was built for us. The tower is too small, and yet that is all of the city we can see. In fact it (the tower) gets even smaller when there are no special events going on. I want to get it out there that it is not to late for this game to be the RPG we let our selves believe it was going to be. We just have to be vocal about it. Not to show any dissatisfaction but to show how bigger world could create a greater interest in the game. Yes, I know it's a shooter, but we can always hope that in the future, it will be much more.
:edit. what would you add to make destiny a fuller more vibrant world?

I could not agree with you more, for a game that spans the entirety of our solar system Destiny sometimes feels positively claustrophobic. While I love instances where I can only see pretty blue wall tiling or rusted out hangars or nothing, in the case of Mars' subway area (sarcasm intensifies). I, like many of my fellow guardians grow tired of going below the surface to explore the universe. I didn't expect to be skulking through rusted launch centers on Earth. I didn't plan on spelunking buried skyscrapers on Mars or delving into the warped ruins of the Vex on Venus. I'm sick of plunging into the Darkness, humanity's future is in the light of the stars so lets escape the bonds of our worlds and retake our Destiny...man that was some cheesy s**t , but do you get what I'm saying Guardians?!
